About

About EN Capital

EN Capital is a capital advisory firm. We arrange construction loans, bridge loans, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and JV and co-GP equity for commercial real estate sponsors and developers, and project finance for energy and infrastructure. We work for the borrower: we structure the capital, take the deal to the lenders and investors who fund it, and negotiate the terms through closing.

EN Capital is an intermediary. It is not a direct lender, is not a broker-dealer, and does not sell securities.

What we do

  • Structure the capital stack. We size each piece — senior debt, mezzanine, preferred equity and common equity — to what the market will actually fund, so the ask clears lenders’ leverage, debt-yield and coverage tests before anyone sees the deal.
  • Place it. We take the deal to the capital sources whose criteria it fits: banks, debt funds, life companies, family offices, real estate private equity funds, and mezzanine and preferred equity investors.
  • Negotiate and close. We compare term sheets, negotiate on the sponsor’s side of the table, and manage diligence through funding.

What we finance

Ground-up construction, value-add and transitional properties, acquisitions, refinancings, recapitalizations and land. Asset types include multifamily, industrial, hospitality, retail, office, self-storage, student and senior housing, and land, as well as energy and infrastructure projects.

Services: Mezzanine debt and preferred equity.

Where we work
